Caribbean Dream


This work trip took me to the Dominican Republic, where I had the opportunity to join Luis Mendoza as a second photographer for a beautiful wedding on this Caribbean island. The couple, Lorena and Gerardo, came from a neighboring island and chose this extraordinary destination to celebrate their love.

Although the trip was short, it was incredibly intense and meaningful. The long journey was demanding, but every moment was absolutely worth it. From the very first days, the island revealed its wonders — white sandy beaches, warm ocean waters, and the vibrant folklore of the local culture.

On our first day, we were lucky enough to rent two surfboards right along the road and spend a few hours surfing in the warm Caribbean ocean, an unexpected and unforgettable way to begin this experience. Being part of this wedding, discovering the spirit of the island, and sharing such meaningful moments made this journey truly special, both professionally and personally.
